Gooood morning Bay of Quinte!

Hockey fever hits the Bay of Quinte as Mayor Ellis formally declares this week Belleville Senators Week, which presumably means everyone in city hall has to wear a hockey jersey to meetings. The BSens are facing off against the Toronto Marlies this Saturday for their home opener, in what locals are calling the Battle of the 401 (okay, maybe nobody calls it that). In related news, the city's productivity is expected to drop significantly as everyone pretends to work while actually discussing power play strategies.
