🛒 Asian Food World
366 N Front St, Belleville
This has been “opening soon” for a while, and we’re glad they finally did. We went this weekend and Asian Food World has everything you never knew you wanted and more. It doesn’t look like it from the outside but this is a full-size grocery store. We’re talking Asian fruits and veggies, meat and poultry, spices, sauces, Lays chips flavours from another planet, snacks you couldn’t even dream of, and top it all off with friendly staff. The only thing I couldn’t find was a dollar beer (Matt and Joe’s reference for the real ones). There’s no website at the moment, so you’ll have to check it out in store. We recommend it to anyone who likes to try new things. We posted a video on instagram you can view here.

The City of Belleville invites everyone to Jane Forrester Park to kick off this year’s Festival of Lights. The event will feature live music from Andy Forgie, food truck vendors, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a spectacular drone show. The festivities begin at 5:30 PM. The Festival of Lights display will continue until January 6, 2025.
