Belleville’s $28.9M Sunshine List revealed
Belleville’s Sunshine List included 215 municipal employees last year, with the city shelling out $28.9 million in salaries. Former interim Police Chief Chris Barry topped the list at $229,549, followed by retired CAO Rod Bovay at $220,548. The police service accounted for the largest share of costs, with 91 employees making the list. ("The Intelligencer")
